Huge discounts available for eligible learners on their first driving lesson with Monarch Driving School. 2 hour driving lesson where the driving instructor will teach you rules & regulations, observations, car control, hill start and many more! The driving instructor will also assess your capabilities and recommend the best approach to meet your driving goals. Offer is valid for eligible learners & new customers only. The three sessions must be done within one lesson and cannot be scheduled separately. The promotion is limited to 1 use per customer. Cancellation Policy
